Massachusetts Patriots License Plates

Support the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation by ordering your Massachusetts Patriots license plate today! If you are a Patriots fan with a car registered in Massachusetts, you are eligible. To order your plate quickly and easily online, go to the Massachusetts RMV web site, http://www.mass.gov/rmv/express/patriots.htm. You can also apply in person by visiting a Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicle location. The cost of the plate is $40, of which $28 will come directly to the Foundation. The remaining $12 is a one-time only cost to cover manufacturing expenses. Every two years when you renew your plate, the entire $40 will come to the Foundation. Rhode Island Patriots License Plates

Support the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation by ordering your Rhode Island Patriots license plate today! If you are a Patriots fan with a car registered in Rhode Island, you are eligible. All of the money raised will support organizations throughout Rhode Island.
The cost is $41.50. Of that $41,50, $21.50 goes to the state's general fund, and $20 goes to the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation. Rhode Island Patriots License Plate Frequently Asked Questions

Can I keep my current RI license plate number?
Yes.  When you switch to a Patriots license plate your current number is transferred to the new plate.

What if I currently have five or fewer digits on my RI license plate?
If you currently have five or fewer digits on your RI license plate, please fill out the Patriots RI license plate order form and return it with payment and a copy of your current registration to the address on the order form.

What if I currently have a six-digit RI license plate?

Unfortunately we can only fit five or fewer digits on the Patriots background. If you currently have a six-digit RI license plate, you will need to transfer your current license plate to a five-digit license plate through the DMV.  Once you have your five-digit license plate, please fill out the RI Patriots license plate order form and submit it accordingly.

Can I pick the letter/number combination on my Patriots RI license plate?
In order to pick a particular letter/number combination, it is necessary to transfer your current RI license plate to that particular letter/number combination (through the DMV). Once that is completed, please fill out the Patriots RI license plate order form and submit it accordingly.

How much does a Patriots RI license plate cost?
The cost of a Patriot RI license plate is $41.50 above the normal registration fee. $21.50 will go into the state's general fund and $20 will go to the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation.

How much does it cost to renew my Patriots RI license plate?

It costs $10 annually to renew your Patriots RI license plate, all of which goes to the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation.

How long will it take to get my Patriots RI license plate?
After your order is successfully placed, you can look to receive a letter sent to you through regular mail in approximately 10 weeks with information about picking up your plate at the Cranston DMV.

Do I have to live in Rhode Island to obtain the Patriots RI license plate?
Yes, you have to live in Rhode Island to obtain a RI Patriots license plate, as it is necessary to have the license plate registered.

Do I have to register the Patriots RI license plate?
Yes, all Patriots RI license plates need to be registered with the DMV.

Are there any special letter/number combinations available?
The New England Patriots Charitable Foundation has a limited number of special letter/number combinations that will be put up for auction. Please check here for updated online auction information.

Will the money that goes to the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation from the Patriots RI license plate support all of New England?

All of the money raised through the Patriots RI license plate program will be earmarked for programs and organizations in Rhode Island.

The New England Patriots Charitable Foundation's primary goal is to support programs that aid the youth and families of the New England region by assisting programs that foster cultural diversity, education, family and health & fitness.



Maine Patriots License Plates

Are you a Patriots fan in the state of Maine? Here’s your chance to be one of the first people to get your New England Patriots Maine license plate! Be a part of bringing Patriots license plates to the state of Maine by being one of the 2,000 preorders. Your order will count toward the necessary 2,000 plates needed to bring Patriots plates to the state of Maine. Having a Patriots license plate allows you, the fan, to display your team spirit while raising money for many worthy Maine charitable causes.

Mainers can purchase the special New England Patriots license plates for a fee of $35 in addition to the regular registration fees. Of that fee, $25 will go into the state’s general fund and $10 will go to the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation for the 2,000 preorders, supporting charitable and philanthropic agencies in Maine. For subsequent renewals, the additional fee is $15, $5 goes back to the state and $10 will be allocated to the foundation.

*Please note, 2,000 preorders are necessary to bring Patriots Maine license plates into law. All orders will be held and produced when the Patriots license plates law is passed and finalized. When the law is passed and plates begin production, each person who placed a preorder will be mailed a voucher, which is transferable. They then can bring to the DMV to be placed on the list to have their plate created.

Boston Marathon

Are you a runner? Here's your chance to join the New England Patriots Boston Marathon team! Each year, the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation fields a team of runners that run the Boston Marathon and raise funds for the Myra Kraft Community MVP Awards. Last year, the funds raised by the marathon team provided grants to 26 nonprofit organizations representing all of the New England states in the names of individuals who volunteered their time to support the nonprofit.




Patriots Platelet Pedalers

Want to be a Patriot? Why not join our team! The Patriots Platelet Pedalers, the team's fundraising initiative to raise money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The Patriots Platelet Pedalers is a team in the Pan Massachusetts Challenge, a weekend-long charity bicycle ride to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Started in 1980, the Pan Mass Challenge is the largest charity bicycling event in the country, raising over $300 million for cancer research and treatment.

The Patriots Platelet Pedalers will pedal together to fundraise for Dana-Farber, with the money earmarked for Dr. Ken Anderson, the Kraft Family Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, to support his multiple myeloma research and development of novel therapies. The Kraft family has had a long affiliation with Dr. Anderson, supporting his efforts to find a cure for multiple myeloma through the Kraft Family Blood Donor Center at Dana-Farber.

Patriots Premiere

The New England Patriots Charitable Foundation's Patriots Premiere is held each year and marks the start of the football season. In this unique event, Chairman and CEO Robert Kraft and the entire team of Patriots players and coaches gather for an evening of celebrating the upcoming season through dinner, live and silent auctions as well as a special program with remarks from Kraft and Head Coach Bill Belichick. During the evening, the team honors one Patriot player with the Ron Burton Community Service Award, given to the player who demonstrates the highest commitment to giving back to the community.
