“MasterSports is excited to work alongside the MHSFCA and the New England Patriots to combine our football clinics to make this the finest clinic in the region. We will adhere to the same basic principles: Providing the most up-to-date techniques and schemes presented by some of the nation’s best football coaches,” said MasterSports founder and Curry College head coach, Skip Bandini. “We are also delighted to continue our Memorial Scholarship Program, which awards educational scholarships in the name of fallen football players and coaches. To date, MasterSports Inc. has awarded $119,500 in memorial scholarships. This is the ‘must attend’ event for Youth, High School, and College football coaches in the Northeast region.”
“MasterSports has always represented football well and given back to those who played and coached the game,” said MHSFCA past president and Framingham High School head coach Gary Doherty. “To have MasterSports with us is to bring more credibility to what many believe to be the best clinic in New England.”
“As the professional standard bearer for football in our region, the New England Patriots have a vested interest in promoting this great game at all levels,” said Patriots Vice President of Content Fred Kirsch. “We’ve been working with the MHSFCA for several years now to present this clinic as well as the annual combine. Adding MasterSports and their years of clinic experience and giving back to the game to our efforts is an honor. The New England Football Coaches Clinic will only get stronger as a result.”
This year’s clinic keynoter is Penn State head coach Bill O’Brien. Clinicians will include coaches from UMass, BC and UConn along with other schools throughout New England and beyond. Over 32 hours of clinics and breakout sessions will be offered along with meals and free admission to The Hall at Patriot Place presented by Raytheon for all attendees.
